Over the years I've painted lots of people.   I've found the inspiration to do so in different ways.  Like with the town scenes, when I see a subject that I know every one is noticing subconsciously, barely aware of it, definitely unaware that everyone else is also noticing, That to me is a great painting waiting to happen.  Sometimes a character is just classic or strange or any number of other descriptive words.   Sometimes they are just beautiful ....and that, to me, never means pretty.
