December Sky

Nanny and Poppy Flotte, my grandparents. I've written lots about them here on my bio page. My life there, mostly with my sisters, was very much like a Norman Rockwell / Mayberry R.F.D world. It's about 7 miles into the country from the very busy town of Ambler where I grew up. Back then 7 miles seemed very very far and life there was completely different . Life with my grandparents was heaven for me... literally heaven.
