Even though I had permission to wonder and paint on Kuerner's farm, I hadn't felt quite invited to sit myself down here on the front porch... however, one day I was caught in an unexpected downpour and jumped up on it with all of my tools to escape the rain. It just kept pouring and I was kind of stuck there, so I started working. As it turns out this is the painting Karl 111 seemed to like the best.
