Ambler Police Station

Growing up in Ambler, This was the site of the Ambler Police station. It moved up the street later on. This scene is so "Ambler"... really so hometown anywhere U.S.A.. I wish I could find the way to go from town to town across the U.S.A and capture a bit of all of them. The Bakery closed several years ago but I always will remember it and included in my paintings. It was a special part of Ambler life. The railroad is just beyond this scene. I like the wire with all of the birds lined up on it. They always fly off together and then fly back together.
